All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our skincare products, ClearGlow Naturals™ does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except as required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at hello@clearglownaturals.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Eligible claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost. Please keep the original product and packaging until your claim is reviewed.

Exclusions

Replacements are not provided for change of mind, improper product use, or minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order ships and are subject to approval. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

Processing Time

Approved replacements are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Delivery times may vary.
